Perfect place for skiing. Right at the slopes. Property has great amenities and walking to restaurants was nice.

The condo is just as described. Very clean and had plenty of supplies, including Kleenex in each room was a nice touch. One thing the condo could really use is a coat rack in the hall and over the door hooks in the bathrooms. There is no place to hang towels or your coats and things when you come in after a long day skiing. The condo is one of the most convenient places if you plan to ski. Just go down one floor to the lobby and you are right at the lift!

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Breckenridge. Very clean, great and family friendly. The costumer service was very good as well. We will be staying here again.

Prime location that is a Ski In/ Out at the base of Peak 9. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Also a block away from Main Street. Condo has basic decor but it’s clean and comfortable.

This condo was in an excellent location. Easy walk to lift, easy walk to shop, and covered parking spot that is easy to access if you bring a vehicle. The place was clean and well laid out. We had two families stay in this condo, with 4 kids total. It was great to have a seperate bunk room to put them in, so the adults could sleep when they wouldn't wind down. The living room layout is great with all the windows facing the mountain, great for morning wake ups with coffee. We will stay here again, one of the best located places we have stayed.

Our family had a great time at this property, and the location simply can't be beat. Everything we needed was within walking distance of the property, and grocery delivery made this an easy stay. Our only challenge was the late check-in time, so plan ahead on the day of your arrival. We'll definitely hope to return!

close to everything condo was comfortable and had everything we needed bonus there are fans if needed in summer and humidifiers for each room only thing to note is washer/dryer is not directly in unit however it is right outside the door. with only 6 units on the floor was very easy to use when needed

The condo was great for our family! Lots of windows and light, multiple decks. Bedrooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Unit is centrally located and across the street from Main Street. We will definitely be back!

Loved the location in the Village… easy access to Quicksilver lift, ski rental, restaurants and shops. Short walk to downtown. The condo had plenty of space for us to stretch out after a day of skiing. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely look to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our group of six. It was super easy to get on the mountain and has several restaurants just steps from the building. It’s also a very short walk into town where you can find even more food and shopping options.

The unit is in very good shape and fit three adults and three kids quite comfortably. The location is really tough to beat, especially if you have beginner skiers who are heading to ski school. The management company was accessible and cheerful in answering the handful of questions we had. Make sure to book parking when you book the unit since the garage can fill up.

The property was much larger than I was even expecting. Finding the building was a little tricky at first, but the maps and signage helped a ton. Amazing property in a great location. Can walk to anywhere.

Great location, larger property than I was expecting. It was great. The only downfall is parking, but that is a Breck issue. Great, easy experience. Property was ready early and the check-inn process was very easy and fast. No issues during our stay.

This condo is in a fantastic location for enjoying all of downtown Breckinridge. The layout worked well for our family of 5. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would have preferred if there was a ceiling fan or box fan in the bedrooms as it was pretty warm during our stay. The one down side was parking. I missed the email telling us to book parking early so we weren’t able to get a spot in the garage and had to park about a 15 min walk away at the ice rink lot. That was inconvenient.

I recommend this property. Myself and my four kids traveled for the first time to Breckenridge. The location was great, the property was great, the whole experience was very good. The rental manager seemed professional yet approachable and friendly. Very happy with the experience.

Property was nice enough. Some of the trim and finishes were a little outdated but nice. The closet doors in the queen bedroom were all off their track and needed adjusted badly. I put them back on but did not have a screwdriver to adjust the height properly. Also, those doors need a backstop on the track so they keep from falling off. The team was great to deal with and super frienly.

The management company was so easy to deal with. You can not ask for a better location. The condo is just a few steps from everything you need. Have your groceries delivered from city market, it cost 9.00 to have the groceries delivered and it’s so worth it! As soon as you get your condo reservations confirm call the management company and reserve your parking spot. The underground parking garage has limited parking spots and if you don’t reserve then in advance you won’t have one.

Great spot for a quick summer weekend getaway. Close to Main St, Breckinridge Brewery, and the Coffee Depot, we spot by there every morning, just a 3 min walk! If you have a small group like we did I highly recommend it! Clean, comfy beds, and lots of room.

5 ladies stayed at this great location. Everything was great except for some minor things we have noticed. Since we like to cook, it would have been great if their knives were sharpened and had extra cutting boards and smaller pots. The place needs new dining chairs, they were not as comfortable and sturdy. We also wished that the property provided easy recycling areas like they did with trash.

The condo that we stayed at was perfect for our family of 8. It was so convenient to be so close to the lift, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The team was thorough in communicating with me including offering discounts to other needed rentals (ski equipment and shuttle service to DEN) We asked for 1 hour earlier check-in and they called me back to let me know that it was approved and that the condo was ready.

Great location, right by the chair lift on the south end of the main drag. Quiet and clean, it's perfect for skiing or hanging out off-season. Ski Colorado was very easy to deal with. We are definitely coming back! Brian

Very nice 3 bedroom place in prime location near lifts serving Peaks 9 and 10. Pick this place if location is most important to you, given the short walk to the lifts as well as the shops, restaurants, and bars of Main Street. As well, nicely furnished with plenty of space for our group of 8.

The overall impression was good and the size was great for our family. We had a horrendous check in experience. We arrived after midnight and our keys were not in the mailbox. We had to call the property manager several times. We were instructed on how to access the emergency key in the parking garage. After all of this, we were finally settled between 2 and 3 am. Needless to say, our first day was rough as we were totally exhausted. Megan was very nice and brought us our keys at 8:30 the next morning and waived our cleaning fee. (There were also coffee grinds left in the coffee pot and coffee pot was dirty.

Location was perfect for skiing and downtown! Very comfortable for 6. Everything was in working condition. Could use new kitchen plates, cups, silverware but had everything you would need.

Absolutely the best location in Breckenridge! Walk to everything. Two festivals directly below us during our one week stay. Condo was well equipped and we felt right at home. Great views of the mountains. We will definitely be back! Unbelievable from beginning to end! We were allowed to check in a tad bit early which really helped us since we had to wake up at 3 a.m.to catch an early morning flight from Austin with a 7 year old grandson. Management office called the next day to see if we had any problems. I have never had anyone call to check on us during a stay. So very nice!

Wetterhorn #3201 could not be in a better location. Exactly what we wanted, walkable to the slopes, ski rentals in the building, walkable to restaurants and bars. The unit is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay. Note, check in is not onsite. The management makes this very clear. Enjoy.
